Inspired by the world's great concept stores, Retail Space is an immersive multi-label environment in the heart of Glen Waverley. We bring together fashion, home, fragrance and lifestyle brands under one considered roof — each chosen for their craft, story, and point of view.
For vendors, we remove the friction of opening a standalone store. For visitors, we offer a space where every shelf, rack and corner has been thoughtfully curated. This is retail as storytelling.

The Process
How it works
From application to your first sale — a clear, considered path to joining Retail Space.
Apply
Submit your brand details, ABN, product category and requested space. Takes less than five minutes.
Approval & Contract
Our team reviews your application. Upon approval, your vendor agreement is generated instantly with bond details.
Bond & Unlock
Pay your 2-week bond via the provided account. Once confirmed, your store unlocks and you can add products.
Sell & Settle
Record sales through the POS — online or in-store via Square. Commission is calculated automatically and your wallet settles in real time.

Shelf and rack spaces start from $105/week. Our structured registration form captures your business info, products, photos, and space requirements — then sends directly to our Admin team for review. On approval, a contract with bond payment details is generated instantly.
